Get Started

First, our knowledgeable recruiting team will get to know you. They will find out what interests you and ask some questions to determine more about how you could thrive at our company. Ask as many questions as you need to – they are here to welcome you to our interviews.

 

Meeting the Team

Chat with some of our experienced innovators about the role, collaboration styles, workflow and goals. We aim to relate some of your past work to our current needs, so be ready to share details about your skills and projects that you think we should cover as we get to know you. This stage may include conversations with more than one Wind Talker teammate for roles that involve plenty of cooperation.

Skills in Action

We may ask for past work samples, skills assessments or other case study practices. Expect one of the interview conversations to be a behavioral interview - our company culture is important to us, so we want to discuss it clearly with each candidate. Engineering roles can include some programming steps to learn more about your abilities. We make sure our new team members and their peers are in sync when it comes to expectations and training needs.
